Fighting injustice and Inspiring Resilience. Empower Yourself With KILINDA!
KILINDA SuperShero is a culturally rooted graphic novel that blends storytelling with real-world lessons in health, safety, and self-defense.
The Protector
Systemic racism has long left communities of color disproportionately vulnerable to public health crises — from mental health struggles and cancer disparities to drug use, gentrification, and human trafficking.
However, one powerful community has remained untouched… until now. Orfalonia, a peaceful, prosperous African American community, is under threat. Outsiders have infiltrated, determined to dismantle its unity, financial power, and peace.
Enter KILINDA SuperShero: protector, savior, and descendant of the fearless founders of this affluent town. Her destiny is to save her noble bloodline by fully getting her powers on her fast-approaching birthday. But she will have to retrieve the stolen Makago in time. Orfalonians look to her as a beacon of hope —but the clock is ticking, the ancestors are watching, and the stakes are high. Will she be able to save them all, or is the pressure too much?
Mission Statement
To empower people globally through health education, safety practices, and self-defense. With a strong focus on women and children, due to their higher risks —this graphic novel, rooted in African American culture promotes confidence, awareness, prevention, resilience, and generational empowerment.
